On its list published this month, House Beautiful said Beaufort SC is “a town where an Instagram-worthy view is around every corner.”
That's the truth.

Stately Antebellum mansions untouched by time, waterfront views, centuries-old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, a myriad of winding natural rivers and creeks that split the area into some 68 sea islands and historic forts and churches dotting the local landscape.
With all of this going for us, being named one of the most beautiful towns in America isn’t really too much of a surprise.
In fact, the kind words have been pouring in for Beaufort recently.
